Hi all,
Over the years, I’ve experimenting with lots of systems; breadboard, solderless breadboard, other experimenting systems like Kosmos, Busch, …
They share some common things that annoy me, too many wires, bended wires of components, too small to handle,…
What about the Lectron system?
Well, I notice a clear system with the look and assembly of a schematic, easy swapping of components. So far so good. My concern is how to handle more complex circuitry, Is it doable?
Well the future will tell, soon my Lectron system will arrive and I will share my opinions here.
Any thoughts ?
Greetings

Hi Frank,
Thanks very much for your comments.
The Lectron System is a very flexible platform for simple to complex circuitry.
As you will discover with your new order, some of that complexity is often embedded in the block for a specific purpose – like the function generator block that you will receive with your 1205 model.
One of the most complex subject matters ever examined by the Lectron System is available now with both a German and ENGLISH instruction manual, the first one in English since the Braun days back in the early 1970’s. The model # is 1018 (it was 1019 earlier on) and it is called Gene Regulation. This is truly a triumph for the Lectron System platform. You can read more about it on the legacy Lectron.Info site.

Hi Michael,
Unfortunately I didn’t get notifications by email, but maybe this is coincidence. We will see for next topics.
Indeed, there are lots of possibilities to start and edit a comment. Seems very good !
Great work !

Hi Frank,
I don’t know why the tag attributes like <p> are appearing on your posts now.
They don’t appear on my replies.
Glad the email notifications are working.
Yes, you should be able to add photos but only using a source URL. I will see if I can enable direct uploading of images. May require playing around with security.
Try clicking on the insert image icon (3rd icon to the right of the scissors icon).
Look forward to seeing photos of your new model in action!
Best,
