        This special block can been seen in internal lists of Deutsche Lectron GmbH (without a part no.) and perhaps Mr. Guerth was the “inventor”.

        The dimensions of this block were not completely compatible with the Lectron system 27mm (or a multiple). This has to do with the 6 batteries 1.5V AA (Mignon size) in it and the tap at each 1.5V cell.

        In several proposals (TTL, Electronics with ICs) this block was used to get the 6V tap:

        Only 2 or 3 blocks have survived in the last 50 years…

        Today I use more and more the small battery connection block (27x27mm) with clip and battery holders for 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 AA cells.
