The Schmitt trigger is a versatile circuit, isn’t it ?

In this last experiment with a Schmitt trigger build around discrete components, let’s make a kind of strange circuit.

What do you think will happen with the lamp when we slowly or quickly turn the 250 K potentiometer ?
