A quick circuit for today, a Colpitts oscillator.

The Colpitts is a  classic oscillator used in many circuits.

Your idea about using the transistor in this configuration is a good find !

I will certainly try this out.

Have you also checked my Colpitts circuits in this forum ? It would be great if you could try these out too !

Oh, I like your circuits, I’ll have to give them a whirl.  That also gives me the idea of trying the 10:1 transformer, the loudspeaker, and the earphone as inductors.
