I am back with a first result – sorry for the delay (visiting our grandchildren etc.).
There are still minor problems which I – hopefully – will solve within the next weeks. I own about 1275 Lectron blocks and many ground plates but I don’t like to “wire” more than two or three A3 plates with one schematic 🙂 so I used a postcard sized PCB with the functions above plus associated pedestrian lights and the automatic warning lights (blinking) for the side street in the night (LDR + relay):
